Our Principal Consultant

Scott Dutton BSc.(Psych) BSW. (Uni of Melb) MAASW

Scott Dutton has more than 15 years in the mediation, conflict resolution and training fields. He has mediated more than 200 formal mediation sessions and has a particular interest and expertise in workplace disputes. In addition, he has supervised/ inducted many new mediators into the field. Scott has trained more than 7500 professionals in conflict resolution and mediation. Scott’s qualifications include a BSW and BSc. (Psych. major). He has also undertaken a Masters level short course in Conflict Coaching and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Our associates are senior practitioners and HR professionals with extensive specialist experience and professional qualifications/ affiliations in conflict resolution, mediation, organisational psychology, HR and EAP.
